Wine, spirits and beer…the life of the party. Fortunatly at UBC you have several options available for your event.

All guests must be at least 21 years of age, including babies (sorry moms).

No-Host Bar – Guests purchase their own drinks.

Open Bar – With or without limitations. Drinks charged on consumption.

Specialty Theme Drink – Start your party off with a cocktail hour featuring a themed drink. A specialty drink can be combined with any of our other bar plans. For whole Club events only.

Wine / Champagne Tasting – For events of any size, we will gladly teach, educate or simply sample your guests on a variety of glorious wines.

Drink Tokens – Each guest will receive a set amount of drink tokens worth a certain value. The number and value of tokens are pre-determined by you, the host. Drinks charged on consumption.

Set Bar Plans - Allows guests unlimited drinks in selected plan. Priced per person depending on length of plan; either 3.5 hours or 6 hours. Final head count will determine cost, unless actual attendance varies significantly from final head count. (Please see "OLCC" note below)

You might want to know….we have a perfect record with the OLCC and want to keep it that way. We also have a responsibility to ourselves, to the state and to our clients to keep everyone safe. We will gladly work with the event host to avoid uncomfortable situations, but please know that safety is our priority.
