...Depending on the size, needs and date of your event there are several options available.  There are restrictions as to when certain areas can be rented.  Please call 503-226-8980 for availability and additional information

• PARLOR ROOM (capacity 50):  This cozy, semi-private room is ideal for groups with varying interests. With two pool tables, two dartboards and seating around the perimeter of the room there is plenty to keep your guests entertained.  Not enough fun for your group?  Add casino gaming or a ping-pong table to keep the party going. ~ Available:  Tuesday – Saturdays; available Sundays in late fall to early spring
• MAIN ROOM (capacity 100):  This “sea of pool tables” inspires the pool shark in all of us.  Most ideal for pool tournaments and large parties.  If eight tables is too much for your event, we offer rental of half the space.  ~ Limited availability, please inquire.
• ENTIRE CLUB (capacity 240):  When renting out the entire Club, you will enjoy complete exclusivity of all areas including the Parlor Room, Main Room, Dining Room and bar area.  As long as it’s legal, almost anything goes…almost. ~ Limited availability, please inquire.

RENTAL FEES:  Rental fees vary according to the event date, time and season.  In December and most of January, we close our doors to the public to host corporate holiday parties. So get your reservations in early!

FOOD & BEVERAGE GUARANTEES :  These fees also vary according to the event date, time and season.  Expect a food and beverage guarantee on top of the rental fee for daytime, Main Room, whole Club and winter events.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS :  In most cases, a deposit equal to the room fee is required.  Final payment is due upon conclusion of the event.
